I am a winner, for $20. I can be rich

I received a letter from award payment. Office records now read that the holder of this document has been identified for the award payment data release as here in the total $ amount of $1,400, 000.000 was mine. All i had to do was send $20.in the marked envelope. Wait no phone number no email? Even the watter marks were suspicious. And i even had to use my own stamp. That is a grand total amount of $20.32 so i did a b.B. B and no result so i googled it and thank god i did i almost went for it.
