No surprise the banks are failing. To begin with i cant imagine how they'll continue to remain open given that they have useless customer support reps. Lets just say when you call their customer service point you'll be hung on, moved, or simply plain lied to. It happens that i invested fiftyseven minutes around the phone attempting to pay my home equity credit line cost incredible i had been hung on, then transfered and hung upon and after i finally got to the right person they wanted to charge me 15.00 charge simply to make a cost. I usually pay my payment online with their site however the program wouldnt permit me something wrong using their update in the machine. "hi" you better believe there's something wrong with their program its named (unaware customer support reps and rude unpleasant international speaking and national talking callcenter representatives. Also you should not call them they've nobody they could give you to complain to and beleive me you wont get a. I thought it was pretty funny after i request the president of their mail i had been told we dont have central e-mail? Haha everybody knows better than this one. Glad to express i'm concluding our accounts together and choosing another company. I'm sure i don't be-missed i'm yet another account for them.
