We were awarded eletrical portion of contract in August and completed the project in October. Project was a 5th 3rd Bank in Shadyside Pgh, PA. It is well over a year since the project was completed and we still have not been paid in full. However I have accounts with 5th 3rd bank and if we are late on a payment we are zapped with fees. Can someone explain this to me please.
