Unauthorized Credit card charges

I approved a cost on my Credit acct. Nov. 7/08 of $1.00 for information on your organization. I've never rec'd any substance and also have since been billed an overall total of $35.79 in Dec. And costs on Jan. Credit declaration were $34.12!!! I'd like one to change these costs on my credit consideration and my Credit bill amount be taken off your documents. Please inform me of one's verification of change of those unauthorized charges.
