ICS is a complete rip-off. They will not refund your $258.00. I am in the process of filing suit against them and sending certified letters. I was told the owner's name is Mr W. Martel, and his top managers, who of course do not take phone calls names are Mr. Less Rosin, and Mr. Tyler Winslow. Do not use this company, if you have, just try to expose them anf forget about the $258.00, we all just got clipped.
