I recall when my affiliation quarterly was about $200.00, today its about $383.00 and maintains on increasing!!! Its insane, today the organization its saying they're going broke, and each homeowner should spend 200.00 additional using the the homeowners statement in order for them to continue doing nothing. They do not look after lawn, no sidewalk restoration, plus we have to purchase the health club, along with other features. They're a lot of monopolistic pricks. They consider cash, and obtain secured by attorneys.
