This company I have never heard of or received anything from called my parents number and said they were working with the IRS about a 1099C that was not filed. They gave my mother my SS# and asking my filing status and they were going to attach a lien on my SS#. They also called my grandmother and started asking her questions but she did not respond. They called me and left a message about me needing to get a lawyer and they were taking me to court and the guys name was Mr. K. I have never heard of these people and I am an adult and they are giving personal informtion to my mother? Is that even legal?
