FCNB recently called me to tell me i was chosen for a 3000 nminute calling card for free. I could use it for 20 days and then cancell without any charges within 20 days. I never received the card and basically forgot about it untill i had 2 charges of 59.99 on my card the next month.
I tried to call them but couldnt get through. The next month i had charges totaling 300.00 for this phone card i never received.
On March 5th i received a notice saying that all my charging privileges would be terminated on March 7. Not because I was a bad consumer but they were doing it for business reasons. And that this was a courtesy they were doing me.By notifying me 2 days ahead of time.
