Fraud and cheating

Im within the mortgage company and so I understand a bit concerning the phrase 'predatory lending'. And being within the mortgage company I've had an extremely difficult period economically within the last couple of years. Throughout that period I got out a name pawn with TitleMax...

The corporation may be the very description of predatory lending. The means they market themselves, the uncertain reports of how their program works, the strongarm methods used-to gather funds, etc...

These are definitely deceptive lending methods! I actually donot observe how the federal government could be therefore extremely regulatory of the mortgage business to 'guard the harmless consumers' but businesses like TitleMax are capitalizing so large and growing so quickly from these deceptive methods it creates my head spin.

I've noticed the reasons from workers and/or ex-workers on below stating 'no body causes individuals to use the money'... Well, thats not the case, difficult financial situations and problems pressure individuals to use the money. Just like it causes individuals to refinance their houses and permitted aggressive creditors to make the most of individuals with extreme prices and costs, creating individuals to shed their houses at amazing prices before government broke down on predatory lending procedures. Simply because somebody wishes/requires cash does not create it to downright make the most of them.

The federal government could and does control financing within the mortgage company and shields against predatory lending procedures. This same legislation must maintain location for deceptive lending methods for these name pawn slimeballs! If it was a larger nationwide problem as well as in the press subsequently regulation might have been handed against these dirtbags quite a long time before if politicians believed ballots relied about it

I recall recently Ameriquest Mortgage was A HUGE within the mortgage company... Then your government hit them with around $350 thousand bucks in national penalties for deceptive lending techniques, and of course thousands in class-action fits from their clients. This kind of motion must be passed against these deceptive criminals!
