Applied Lending Stellen Lending Deceptive practices, Ripoff

This mortgage company deceptively snuck a "first right of refusal" form into the documents we signed to obtain a construction loan. Documents were not explained to us at that time. We don't feel that we should be compelled to work with individuals or companies that we don't trust.

We are currently seaking legal action to settle the matter.
