BEWARE OF mycreditgroup.com. I signed up in September 29 paid $99 down, two weeks later I paid $59 for the month and every month after to repair my credit. I was told it would be about 45 days before I would hear any thing from the three credit agencies, two months later I called back with concern, I spoke to my rep. Who explain I should receive them in a few days. Few days later I contacted cancelation dept. And spoke to a female in November 7, she said they would stop the automatic payment from my account. Nov. 17 they took out $59 from my checking, I quickly called back to find out what's going on and the same female told me Oops you need to send an email of cancelation. I sent an email on Nov. 25 to stop the payments for December and for a full refund. Dec. 12 they took out another $59 dollars. I called on a Saturday and got a voice mail saying we're not open at this time, please wait to leave a message for the next business day I hold until it said the same thing over and OVER AND OVER. Was not able to leave a message, Monday I call my bank (Bank of America) GREAT BANK) they issued a refund ($59) for Dec.) and investigate the matter further. I called the company back and spoke to Matt, he claim that he was the owner and that I'm a young punk trying to get my money and telling him how to run his company, and continued to swear and offer no solutions. I hung the phone up when he just continued to swear and get every angry. I called my bank once again and they issued a full refund and are investigating this. All I have to say is BEWARE OF mycreditgroup.com. Ripoff.
