I also was billed 1.95 one month and $14.95 the next for charges I did not incur. Apparently through Pro-Flowers.com.
Not knowing what it was I researched this only to find out I was one of many victims. I will try to correct it to morrow but will report it to BBB and the Consumer Division of our State's Attorney General's office, along with my credit card company. I am so tired of this scams that are so victimizing. I will fight back.!!! I have always had good luck with Pro Flowers.com but they will receive negative feedback from me regarding this issue.
