Club Fraudienntly charged 69.95 and then 2 weeks later charged 29.95 by IWB Club (a branch of Grant University)

After wasting precious time disputing unauthorized charges I then discovered another charge by a IWB Club? What's this scam? Even if they send you email and you ask to unsuscribe and not interested - you are still charged! These companies are white collar thieves!
