We have had wells fargo for 3 years. We have a fixed rate but our mortgage keeps increasing. Anywhere from 600 - 1200 dollars. They claim this is due to taxes but the assesors office states our taxes have not increased that much. Wells fargo states they have to "estimate" what taxes will be and the assesors office states wells fargo cannot do that. We have never recieved a refund. We are now behind on payments because we cannot pay these ridiculous increases. We need help to find the truth and put this fraudulant company out of business.
