We were billed $15.72 by ESBI like a 3rd party on our Embarq regular telephone bill. We've never heard about the corporation or actually registered together for almost any support. Embarq will not eliminate these fraudelant costs, & whenever we contact this ESBI, they request us for info & then hang-up on-US.
