On November 10 i put an order for 6 wine bottles. Nowadays, 45 days afterwards December 24 I've obtained 2 of the 6 containers i requested and that I was charged twice for my $102.20.
I've sent them 15 times AND named their 800# 17 times. You receive an answer mail declaring a person support representative might contact you within twenty four hours, it does not occur. Onetime, once i talked using a person. I've NEVER received an return e-mail around my questions. So that as a matteroffact I receive "read bills" of the emails I Have delivered displaying the e-mails was "erased without having to be read".
When there is anyone available that will help me or atleast depth for me personally ways to get my wine and obtain my money-back it'd be much appreciated.
