I cant believe First Data terminated my account after a chargeback. I had no control over the charge, hell I don't even know if it was even fraudulent. I get a notice of a payment has been received, I email the customer back to verify the charge and now I get a notice of termination. No phone calls from First Data, No Email, just a notice of termination. I have left several messages with Libbia (631) 683-6947 and have not had a single call back. What a bunch of FN loosers! If anyone is planning a lawsuit, count me in! Don't they have some legal responsability to contact there customer (me) when there an issue?
