Aka FIRST DATA wrong contractual obligations with illegal withdrawal from checking accountripoff

A contract to provide merchant services/transaction were signed.
Company against the words of the contract terminated the services without the required 30-day notice and deducted $250 from our account for the termination which they initiated even though that deduction is only allowed if we had initiated the cancelation.

Legal actions are being taken against the rip-off from this organization.
