Said i won shopping sweepstakes, sent me a check for 4890.00, taxes due 2985.00

Received notification that i had won a shopper's sweepstake on 10/5/08 in the amount of 250.000.000. Sent me a check in the amount of 4890.00, they then stated that the tax amount of 2985.00 be sent to them by either western union, or moneygram. What a bunch of b-sh... The check looks like the real deal, but i've heard about these scams before, what are my next steps to nail these a. Ho... To the wall
