Sent Check $4898.00 and wanted $2985.00 sent back

I was sent a check for $4890.00 and was to call before cashing. And then send them $2985.00 by Western Union or Money Gram, to cover the taxes on the $250,000.00 I had won.

The number they gave 905-598-0851 gave a recording that it was full and they could not recive any-more messages.
I called the bank Peoples Heritage Savings Bank In Portland, Me. This bank had been taken over by someone else but the account was good but there was not enough money to cover it.
