Sent a letter to me at a time that I am financially hurting and on medical leave

I received a letter via USPO on 12/8/08 stating that I need to respond within 36 hours to claim Goverment Fund estimated to be $25,000.00 and that I may use the funds at my discretion. I was to call a toll free number to verify my interest in the money. What a joke!
