On numerous events the machine simply turn off, or reset all our configurations to standard. Clients couldn't reach us, or keep messages. Numerous calls to tech-support produced only apologies plus they outsource their call-center someplace away from people. I expected them nicely to interface our toll-free point absent plus they explained that "we determined lately to not do that". The corporation is just a scam, plus they happily get your cash.
