My husband has been a customer for over 2 years. Never late on a payment, never missed a payment yet they are raising rate to 19.99% even after the aggrement was for 9.99% for life of the balance as long as there was no default. Is this legal for them to do this? There has got to be some help out there somewhere! We can't pay more than we are now on this. They will have to come repo the motorcycle which will ruin my husband's credit.!
