Fake company, fake check

I received a prize letter from Orion Enterprises notifying that I had won $200,000. Of course the I was suspicious. Enclosed with the notification there was a check for $4955 for the Canadian taxes on the prize. Here is the catch there is no reference to a Canadian Company so why would you pay a tax to that country. Of course the instructions are to deposit the check for processing and send one of my checks to cover the tax. A new twist to an old SCAM!!!
