I had problems with Globe receiving my Premium Payment in the mail. Although I have been sending them, faithfully each month. The problem started August. They sent me a Premium payment showing double Premium due, because Globe stated they did not receive the August payment. I have always paid with a money order so I sent to the Currency Exchange and had the money orders traced.
They had not been cashed, but I couldn't get the money because the currency exchange stated I needed to wait an additional week inorder for the money to be refunded to me. So, I called Globe and paid them off with my credit card, for the past due amount that was due in August. I still had a week to go before the September Premium would be due.
A week later I went to the Currency Exchange and Lord and be hold 4 days after I requested a Trace Gold cashed in the Money Orders they claimed they had not received. Their action was considered paid for the month of September. October I paid over the phone with a credit card, everything was fine. November I paid with a credit card (on time as usual).
Now it's November 25 and I have received 3 different Premium notices. The 1st states due December 2, $28.00. The 2nd states my premium is past due as of November 2 and I owe $56.00 (double/normal premium is $28.00 per month). The 3rd one states due Dec 1 $44.00 (for 1 month).
I'm hunting for a Lawyer!
