I have called many times to access new card. My SS# does not match what ever they have so i cannot use it. Funny! I have had this card for the past 5 years, now i cant use it but i can still pay on it.
When i call the phone i get a recording and then cut off because my account is not correct. I cannot pay on line because my SS# wont let me access anything this has been a continuous problem. The only thing i can do is make payments thru the mainl i have written to them many times re this problem no response
