Well... Where do we start with this ripoff company. First I have other credit cards and NEVER had a problem with any of them. NEVER! This company say's they offer online payments and check by phone. YEA RIGHT!!!
First I must say DO NOT GET A CARD WITH THESE PEOPLE! They charge you out the ying-yang to set up a account. 149.00 for me with only a 250.00 credit limit. This was my first credit card so I excepted that.
Well it wasn't long till I would mail in a payment a week ahead of time and they would say they recieved it late. LATE PAYMENT FEE $ 30.00.
Then that would put you over your limit OVER LIMIT FEE $ 30.00. So I decided to do the check by phone... What a joke!!! I gave them my account info, it worked ONCE, Maybe a few times, But the time came when I wanted to change the account for them to draw the payment from.
I did everything it said. They charged my other account which caused the bank to charge me a nsf charge of $ 30.00, then cross country charged me $ 40.00 returned check fee, then a late fee on top of that ($30.00) and of course a $ 30.00 over limit fee. Did you get all that???
They never changed my bank info. They billed the wrong account which was a investment account that i pulled all the money out of. Why did they do this??? So i sent a payment in by mail. Tried a another check by phone again this time talking to a rep of thiers... Guess what??? They did it again!!!
They charged the wrong account after i gave them the info for where to drawn the funds from my other checking account to one of thier rep's. Two times!!! Two different times!!!
So to play catch up, i decided to do a internet payment. What a joke!!! After giving them all the info and getting a conformation notice from them with the right bank's name and info for them to draw from... They did it again!!! They charged my other now closed investment account!!!
The next time i tried i was told that since my checking account had five (5) digits instead of four (4), it was a business account not a personal account and they couldn't except it. What is wrong with these people? On 4 accounts i tried my best to make my payments on time and cross country bank goofed!
Yet i'm the one who supposed to pay for it? They can stick it where it hurts and bring your lawyers down to my county courthouse and sue me!!! You will not get a phone answer from me, nor will you get one red cent from me!!! Your mailings go in my file!!!
Because sooner or later you are going to have a class action suit on you and i will be the first in line. You harrassed my 71 year old mother everyday with calls starting at 7:45 in the morning, you harrassed old girlfriends of mine who live over 200 miles away that i haven't seen in years with your phone calls.
Not to speak of the 29 calls in the last couple of days to my house. Stop your calls and mailings cross country, and come on down to my courthouse and sue me!!! I'm ready for you!!!
