Complaint / review text:
Several times in the past year i have payed my account online to save money and on several occasion i was charged a late fee because according to them i did not pay on time.
In november I made my payment on the internet and the following day they called me for a payment
At that time i informed them that i had already made a payment.
They wanted to know the check number i had used, so i gave it to them. Several weeks later i noticed that they debited my account twice.
In december i had had purchaced something on tv and was going to be billed in three payments well i didn't. I got billed the whole amount and my account went over
When i inquired about it no one could tell me what had happen i had to return the merchandise and i was still charged an overdraft fee.
