Why would a legitimate company claim to have 7 offices around the country when really they have only one? Nationwide Tax Relief actually tells their customers that their other offices listed on their website are for their Corporate clients. Really? The truth is all other offices other than Brentwood are what are called "Virtual Offices". For a hundred or Two per month you can have a phone answered at an actual address although you dont occupy it. Pretty tricky.
Richard Boggs the owner never hesitates to mention his company affiliation with the American Bar Association, National Association of Tax professionals, Us Chamber of Commerce etc. As if these organizations are watchdogs. This also couldnt be further from the truth. These are pay to belong type of organizations.
Nationwide does actually file with the IRS, but so do many other companies. Everyone who calls will be put on hold as the salesman"Tax Advisor" says he is taking your case across the hall to a managing attorney when actually they are going to come back on the phone and tell you"Good News! We can take your case. No case gets turned down as long as you can pay. Try it yourself. Call them and give them some info. Good news, they can take your case lol. The fees are very large even by attorney standards for the work done.
While Nationwide is careful to stay inside laswful boundaries they Over promise and dont deliver. The claim 8 or more attorneys, and yes they have some, most of them rightout of school. The majority of the firm is clerks and family members. If you really want help with back Taxes stay away from all firms that advertise on Radio and TV. Good Luck
