Garry S. Martin committed forgery, fraud, grand theft, scheming to defraud, etc. Etc. And is still doing it.
As a credit repair service, he charged us $25,000 and took the money out of the equity we had in our home to pay our creditors. Our creditors were not paid.
He also took enough money out so he could pay 12 months mortgage payments.instead he held the paperwork for 12 months so no payment was made.
As a mortgage broker he arranged a mortgage with Argent Mortgage Co.instead, GSM Finance had the mortgage (one of Martin's companies).
He took all of our personal information and forged signatures to sell our house to his father-in-law, Peter Semple who took out a mortgage on our house with Deutsch Bank and Trust and was serviced by HomEq Servicing.
This mortgage is currently in foreclosure. We had to get another mortgage with a higher interest rate in order to keep our house.
Martin was charged and arrested in June but is still in business waiting on the state attorney to decide what he's going to do. I now owe over $100,000 more than I did before I received any "help" from Garry Martin and his band of thieves!!
