This loan modification company ENTRUSTHELP.com took $1300.00 from me to do loan modifications on two first and three second mortgages. At first I delt directly with them at a local Coronado, Ca. Branch in town. Then they misteriously closed shop. I called the local number and got a message machine which referred me to a Texas office. I called to complain and tell them at least they could have told me about the move, prior to their move. I suggested that maybe this was a ripoff to the receptionist and she assured me it was'nt and that my file was on a agents desk and he would be contacting me in just a few days, he never did. I called again to every number I could find on the website, paperwork, yellow/white pages and from names of owners listed in your other complaint on your website about this company. Now even the Texas numbers are out of service. I finally got a call returned from Hawaii where I believe the ripoff owner might reside. I believe the owner is Christopher K. Martin. I asked him what was his job title and he told me a customer rep, I again questioned him about his company and he quickly became upset with me. I hope I am wrong about this company, but I got a gut feeling that the pieces are falling in place. It is also upsetting that an identical company under a different name also set up shop back east with a family member with the same last name. I too called them and they said they use to share the same website but no longer are affiliated because of complaints. That company is known as The Loan Modification Team in Glen Allen Virginia. Owner Randolph Martin. To this day, three months plus, I have'nt had any results. I fear for my credit information I gave them.
