Dmus sent me a check for $3,995.00 with a letter that said I had won $57,0000 and the check was to cover the taxes on the larger amount of money

DMUS Financial Services and Consultants sent me a check for $3,995.00 along with a letter telling me I had won $57,000.00 and the check was to pay the taxes on the $57,000.00. My bank was getting ready to hand me the money, and luckily I mentioned what the letter said, so they are holding the check.
