Ordered a book from BBV, @9.95. Transaction date: 06/20. Book did not arrive. Visa charge showed up on billing for period
05/26 thru 06/23. I called the company's listed on visa charge. Automated voice asked me to press #1 for English or #2 for Spanish. I pressed #1. After about 4 seconds the same request was repeated and this happened a third time. After about 15 seconds a voice came on saying, "good bye". I called again, and the exact sequence was repeated.
I called visa on this date. I will be credited for the amount. However, light needs to be thrown on the company. I see that it has scammed others, and interestingly the amount is the same.
