I thought I have read on here before that Florida law didn't let companies continue in to operate Florida if they continued to show consecutive losses for a number of quarters. Go to any finance search engine and type in OCN and you will see the following:
"WEST PALM BEACH, Fla., Feb. 6 (PRIMEZONE) — Ocwen Financial Corporation (NYSE: OCN - News) today reported a net loss in the fourth quarter of 2002 of $ (7.8) million or $ (0.12) per share compared to a net loss of $ (6.9) million or $ (0.10) per share in the fourth quarter of 2001. For the year ended December 31 the Company reported a net loss of $ (66.5) million or $ (0.99) per share compared to a net loss of $ (124.8) million or $ (1.86) per share in 2001"
Can this be something that is good??? We can all pray that they will go out of business and with the help of the class action suit, this just MAY happen.
We all need to get our information in to Mr. Hanson so he has it for the suit...
