Bank of America and all banks in America are a rip off!!! I owe over $700 in Overdraft and returned check fees for checks that were allowed to be put it up to THREE times, even though there was no oney in the account, and I was charged for each times that the bank returned the check.
This is an outrage. I have not even used my account because I knew that I did not have money in there, but instead, the bank charged me $35 for each overdraft, for amounts as small as $5, and allowed transactions to come in for up to THREE times, even though the account was negative, and charged me $35 for each time it was returned.
This is a RIP OFF by ALL Banks and something should be done about it. It is legal "loan sharking", it is legal robbery without a gun, that is what it is.
