Our company, like many others throughout the country signed a contract with him to find us a source of capital, and gave him a six figure "good faith deposit" which we have never seen again. We were led on a merry adventure of emails with loan brokers from all over the country who always had someone ready to issue a LOI, but we never saw one that had the name of a real source. Now we, like many others, are on the great adventure of trying to get our deposit back.

Of course these are numbers he supplied us, but some of them may be out of date. You should use your own best judgement about times to call but remember that business hours would be more appropriate. Chances are you will have to leave a message and hopes he calls you back.
