Non payment of living expenses

I was told on the day of the house fire of my home that all my lliving expenses would be taken care of until my home is livable again. This was Sept 25. I was told not to eat anything from the food pantry as the fire made the ingredents in the cans and boxes too hot and that food could make us very ill if we ate this food. I was told that Liberty Mutual want's us to live like we did in our house comfortably without problem. I was not to spend any of my funds for food. Well, since I have not received any money for rent or food or clothing and I did have to spend my money for these things. So far I have paid sept oct and Nov rent out of my pocket, all the food for the time frame from sept 25 includng now. I had to by all new warm clothing since it is getting cold here. All new bed linen all new towels, furniture rental,
new shoes, utilities, etc. Each week I have sent in my expenses and I have not received a penny from Liberty Mutual. I got no answer as to when the payment will arrive when I asked about reimburishment. Liberty Mutual adjustors great talkers with no backing behind the talk.
