On 4/6 while leaving a friends house in an apartment complex. As I was driving leaving out of the complex a sliver colored van backed out of a parking space hitting the rear passanger side of my vehicle as I was passing her. Unless she was trying to hit me on purpose, this lady waited until I was half way passed her vehicle to back up.
When I contacted Liberty Mutual to fix my car they told me that I was partially blamed for the accident because I did not avoid her vehicle and instructed that I must pay 10% of the damages if I want my car repaired. Well the way the apartments parking lot is build there is no way I could have avoided her because I would have ran into parked cars.
For the last week and a half Liberty Mutual has been giving me the run arounds about fixing my car I called and spoke with a claims representative and had no luck. I decided to leave a message to speak with a supervisor and know one has returned my phone calls as of yet. Liberty Mutual is a rip-off and should be reported to the Better Business Buearu.
