The Ela and CFLA were contacted to offer a very inexpensive software program that would totally eliminate leasing companies from placing their respective clients (the lessee) from going into automatice renewal or as the industry calls it "Overhold" When I proposed this software to both major associations I was told by one that they could not recommend any such program to their members... The other group said that most leasing companies count on automatic renewal as a cash bonus.
