Based on my recent conversation with mr. Hardin it is my understanding that you have decided to terminate your relationship with me, Based on a few different reasons.
1. San Juan
2. Pulling credit in states which I am currently not licensed in or "Originating loans in those states"
3. Conflict of interest
Understand I have spend almost 32792.50 in total with all my expenses on the office, licensing, credit reports, leads, fedex, encompass, mgic etc... I am only trying to do my job and do it well. I maintain clients which are on my own merit and I also have clients whom which I try to help which are out of state referrals. I by no means on a 6 month old file or older am trying to do something which would violate your guidelines as we have spoke about many times before, I have files which are currently being worked on by my assistant which I need closed and I no Have no access to and no other sources of income. I depend on this money and the files I originate to generate a source of income to live on eat off of and pay my rent. I don't think if you were in my shoes right now you would be very happy knowing that all the money you have spent went down the toilet and that you had no hope of recovering that money as well as no idea were you would get your money for food or rent.
I am very cognisant of all your rules and regulations and try to follow them as banks have gotten alot stricter. I also feel that it would be in different circumstances if I had closed a loan where i wasn't licensed or collected upfront fees. As far as sanjuan goes I have not co brokered any deals and the conversation with Scott insinuated I had been co brokering and I had violated all your policies. I think you and I both know what the right solution is here and continue to have a working relationship.
