Citi Residential Santa Ana, California, Monica Gill
Citi Residential, Monica Gill Faxed all requested documentation, received a letter rejection of modification due to documentation not received. Have left messages three weeks prior to deadline, have yet to get a return call

Spoke with Ms. Monica Gill 9/30/08 she stated information needed additional documentation.

I placed a return call 10/10/08 to verify information was received with the exception of flood information, the insurance company was researching the best options.

My phone calls to Monica Gill has gone on for a period of 3 weeks without any return call from her, the information has been faxed 3 times, on the last day according to my letter 10/22/08, I faxed 13 pages including the flood information; as well as the information sent via fax from another office, Louisiana Housing Program.

I received confirmation this information was received, I left a message for Monica advising this is the last day, I have faxed again, please call me to confirm receipt of information.

I received a letter 10/29 saying my loan modification has been declined: REASON: NO ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTATION RECEIVED

This is just a crock of bull; if Ms. Gill would have returned my calls, I could have overnight the information.
