Nationwide credit approached me regarding a credit debt overdue. They approached my job and required to talk to my boss in addition to approached my 72-year old dad (who not reside with me). They NEVER approached me in the quantity related to my bill. Upon calling my organization, I instantly named them back - got voicemail and quit a particular concept on which figures they might contact me at and never to contact me at the office. They again named might work quantity, declined to depart a note in my own voicemail but required to talk to my boss. This can be a OBVIOUS breach of the FDCPA. I'd like action taken from this organization.
