Heaven Investments is now trying to file for bankruptcy and escape with everyone's money. The courts are looking into fraud charges and have hearing to determine if Heaven Investment can seek protection by filing bankruptcy. If they are granted bankruptcy, Akbar Bhamani will walk away with millions of our investment dollars. Call the court and ask the judge to not grant them the bankruptcy. As investors we have the right to know where all our money went. They should throw Akbar, Zain, and the entire family in jail and let them rot.
All the staff have been fired and only the Bhamani family is left running the business.
