Krauss's Furniture Store in Scottsdale, AZ continued to accept deposits for furniture while in bankruptcy. Is there any way to retrieve my entire deposit? At this time my only recourse is for the courts to complete the Chapter 7 bankruptcy procedings and perhaps award me l0 cents to the dollar, a mere pittance and a hardship.
This is bankruptcy fraud! The bankruptcy court should be all over this.
