This Debt collection company continues to harrass me with phone calls for a debt that has been settled. They continue to contact me directly despite my informing that I have retained legal counsil in flagarent violation of the law which states that they can only contact my legal representative. Their collectors lie and make false statements to me about my legal rights, my legal counsil, the status of my debt and continue to insist that I send them payments.
I will pursue a redress (legally) and do what ever I can to be as unpleasent, uncooperative and downright nasty to whom ever contacts me from these leeches. I am planning to contact their professional association and to make whatever consumer type complaints that I can. These people are the sort that give the legal profession their (deseveredly) bad reputation.
