I have requested twice to pay off the loan and instead they keep charging me the fee. When I call to inquire they said I have to put something in writing; when I put it in writing, they said my payday dates were incorrect and I need to fax my dates into them. I said it was faxed last time, the reply was that they did not get it and that I should call back to make sure the fax was unclear. Now they are proctrastinating for another paydate. The fee is $90 for $300. So, each two weeks they are deducting 90 for 180 per month. When I complain, they refer me to the manager. When I call back they said the manager tried to call you. This is untrue. The customer service stinks especially Margie who dares you to complain. This company needs to be closed down and our fees returned.
