Collection Company Of America
Won't give up their b.S. "this biscuit"

Ok firstly, I don't have an AT&T Mobility cell phone account (nor have I a cell phone to begin with period) or any such land line account under AT&T. My telephone provider is VERIZON but, on 10/18/08 I received a 'NOTICE OF COLLECTION PLACEMENT' from COLLECTION COMPANY OF AMERICA stating AT&T Mobility has placed my account with them for collection. (I immediately called AT&T Mobility and spoke to a representative with their bogus account number and AT&T Mobility has no such record by their account number, my phone number, address, etc).

I asked for a confirmation letter of this fact sent to my address to resend to 'this biscuit' (COLLECTION COMPANY OF AMERICA). I refer to them as 'this biscuit' because up until now for what seems like an eternity, I have received their patented anonymous automated phone call in paused hiccups (punched in the testicles but, still trying to sound serious) male voice saying, "this message..., this message..., this message..., this message..., this message..., " which truthfully sounds like "this biscuit" over... And over, and over again followed by their phone number (that I matched to their silly collection print out).

The print out is as follows:
Principal $373.86
Interest $0.00
Fees/Coll Costs $67.66
other accounts $0.00
Total due $443.52

(I ask myself wow that sure is a lot of principal for $0.00 interest on what THEY SAY debt of $67.66 for an account that I don't even have).

Sadly, I'm from Massachusetts where 'THIS BISCUIT' and other bogus bottom feeder collection agencies reside and, I am certain now that my state holds rank for the most corrupt states in what's left of this (if you can even call it a) country. Everyone wants free money here and, thinks it is entitled to them at the cost of ones credit. Maybe COLLECTION COMPANY OF AMERICA should be calling the federal government for a welfare check bailout instead of trying to hustle with their 'amateur best (school yard played-out) identity theft weak game'.
