Thieves! Unauthorized charge on my credit card for $47.00 when I agreed to pay $1.99 shipping

I agreed to pay $1.99 shipping for a free CD they liberally advertise on their website.

Nowhere did I agree to pay $47.00, which is what they charged my credit card. This is an unauthorized, bogus charge!

They ought to be reported to the Attorney General, which is what I'm going to do in my state.:-)
