Took money out of my account WITHOUT Permission

I had been trying to get the charge card provided and when it stated that it'd remove 99.95 out-of my accout I shut the site used to do not sumbit since we didn't possess the profit the consideration since our home cost was arising. It had been removed 2 hours later... I'm VERY ANNOYED and that I would really like that money-back within my acocunt
