On 02/16/08 thru 02/18/08 per Geicois authorization (Geico state) I hired an automobile from Hertz. After I reached the Hertz's workplace I talked with Matt who went within the info concerning the rental-car and questioned me for my driver's permit & bank card. While Matt requested for my bank card I hesitated since I realized used to do have no profit my bill. I mentioned to Matt that used to do not need to provide him my bank card since it was a state and that I didn't have anything in my own bill. Matt mentioned " Oh No madam, we're not likely to utilize your bank card we require the card amount on document to allow you to make use of the vehicle. I offered Matt the card number and remaining. On 02/28/08 $24.48 was removed my bank card by Hertz, Hampton Virginia. Since I didn't have any resources in my own consideration it triggered a domino effect that triggered my consideration to become overdrawn $89.13. I actually do possess a backup of my banking account documents. Matt didn't contact me to request authorization or even to recognize that cash was obtained from my bill. On 03/05/08 I talked having a consultant within the Hertz workplace who assured me I'd notice again from Hertz in 5 to 7 business days, by e-mail, at no avail. On 03/19/08 I named Hertz in Hampton and talked to Teri (she mentioned she was the help Supervisor) who contended when it comes to MATT dealing with her (efficiency) every single day. She didn't consider that Matt mentioned nothing in my experience at pick up or return about any funds being taken from my bill. Additionally I've named Butch (Hertz Supervisor, Mercury Blvd) to ask about this case since around. 03/04/08 but still haven't gotten a phone. Please help me since I'm really broken. Personally I think I had been not provided the entire information on the vehicle rental. Personally I think if any funds was obtained from my consideration it will have now been clearly described. Obviously I'm really annoyed, I've been coping with this experience because the to begin March.
